Privacy notice
This notice explains the public-site data boundaries for contact requests and optional appointment booking. The marketing site is kept separate from private dashboard, outreach, and preview systems.

When you submit a contact request, the information you provide is used to respond, protect the service from abuse, and meet legal obligations. If you choose a Google Appointment Schedule, Google processes the booking information needed to schedule the conversation. Do not submit sensitive customer or payment information through a general inquiry.

Limited service providers may process hosting, security, email delivery, or appointment data for those purposes. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, security, contractual, or legal requirements. Privacy questions and applicable access or deletion requests may be sent to hello@centexaistudio.com.

Any public voice experience should disclose recording or transcription behavior and obtain consent where required. The static marketing site should not hold private dashboard data or calendar secrets.
